Andrew Tarzia

PhD. student born and raised in Adelaide, Australia. Focussed on compuational and theoretical modelling of porous materials such as MOFs to assist the understanding of experimentalists he is in collaboration with. His main research interests lie in the modelling of non-equilibrium self-assembly processes that are commonly taken advantage of in the lab. 

His supervisory team consists of A/Prof Christian Doonan, Dr. David Huang (University of Adelaide) and Dr. Aaron Thornton (CSIRO) - who he must thank for monetary support and research opportunities.

He graduated from a BSc. with First Class Honours and majors in chemistry and theoretical physics. In his spare time Andrew enjoys playing basketball.
